Compassion Camp is a first of its kind hands on camp to teach compassion skills to young people through direct service. The camp is designed for the Compassion Camp Counselors as much as it is designed for the Compassion Camp Participants. Everyone learns compassion skills, tools for self regulation, mental health and wellness techniques.

It’s time to have some fun and be part of a community of care! We are proud to offer a range of wellness focused youth camps that build compassion skills throughout the year for kids and teens ages 5-17 who are interested in learning more about fun ways to explore wellness and compassion. InTouch camps teach kids how to regulate their nervous system, develop compassion skills, make friendships and care for kids of all abilities, be informed members of an integrated community and, align their choices with their values. Campers will have hands-on learning opportunities that include things like art, music, movement, compassion training, mindfulness and meditation practices and much more!

Pricing is based on a sliding scale. No one will be turned away for reasons of financial hardship.

Camps will take place throughout June and July and all sessions will run Monday-Friday at our Integrative Touch Healing Center at 7493 N. Oracle Road, #131, Tucson AZ 85704.

Fall Break Camp

Make fall break a memorable time by getting involved at Integrative Touch with our one-day Compassion Camp Youth Retreats! This special opportunity is designed to engage kids and nurture empathy for their peers of all abilities. They’ll spend the day practicing wellness skills, playing games, crafting together, learning skills for communicating with kids of all abilities, and having hands-on caregiving experiences.

Winter Camp Compassion Crew

Looking for a fun way to liven up the holiday? Join our Winter Compassion Camp! During this rewarding and fun program, youth of all abilities in our community come together to learn new wellness skills and practice compassion training, all while have a fun time!

Spring Break Camp

Trying to find a fun, local life enhancing activity for your kids over Spring Break? The Integrative Touch Spring Break Camp is the ideal choice. This all abilities program focuses on fun activities for kids with a variety of health and medical challenges and their siblings and friends. Campers will enjoy hands-on interactions, games, activities and new skill development.
