Volunteers are involved in all of these important roles at the healing center…
Healing Arts Professionals (HAP’s)
Licensed or certified skilled volunteers who choose to donate their time to serve others in our community. This includes nurses, doctors, psychologists, bodyworkers, acupuncturists and a variety of other integrative healers and health professionals. Donate a few hours or several hours each month to help our community heal.
Kids Sanctuary Volunteers
Volunteers help to care for kids in the Kids Sanctuary while their parents are attending classes or receiving individual treatments. There are a variety of fun activities you will be engaged in with kids of all ages and abilities.
Camp Counselors and Junior Volunteers
Anyone aged 13 and up can help out in the Compassion Camps we offer for kids of all abilities. Volunteers learn compassion skills and are trained in nervous system regulation techniques to build a safe and supportive community. Camps are filled with fun activities like art, music, movement, games, wellness activities and field trips.
Gift Shop Volunteers
The Get InTouch gift shop is filled with wellness products, InTouch merchandise, gifts for kids and adults, books from top health and wellness experts, healthy snacks and drinks and a variety of other fun items that support the center. Volunteers help out in the gift shop by pricing, stocking, cleaning, displaying or selling merchandise.
General Volunteers
There are a variety of other volunteer opportunities at the center including helping out with office tasks, running errands, ordering supplies, helping with laundry, supporting classroom instructors and prepping for kids activities. Become an integral member of our volunteer team!
